4D-6D BIM Modeling

BIM (Building Information Modeling) is an intelligent 3D model-based process that gives architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) professionals the insight and tools to more efficiently plan, design, construct, and manage buildings and infrastructure.

The intent of this BIM Execution Plan is to provide a framework that will let the owner, architect, engineers, and construction manager deploy building information modeling (BIM) technology and best practices on this project faster and more cost-effectively.  This plan delineates roles and responsibilities of each party, the detail and scope of information to be shared, relevant business processes and supporting software.

Advance planning around which models will need to be created during the different phases of the project, who will be responsible for updating models and distributing them and predetermining the content and format of models as much as possible will help your project run more efficiently and cost-effectively during every phase.

Model of Computational Fluid Dynamics smart building design

OpDes Architecture uses comprehensive Computational fluid dynamics (CFD) as a branch of fluid mechanics to enhance the design and performance characteristic of airflow around of our buildings. We use various custom engineered programs on powerful in-house computers. This process enables us to design buildings from the ground up with integrated design principles of comprehensive, analytical, and empirical data analysis to final validation for full scale testing and design.

The benefit of this analysis is used within the following scientific fields and industries:

  1. Aerodynamics and aerospace design

  2. Hypersonic testing and design

  3. Weather simulations

  4. Natural science

  5. Environmental engineering

  6. Industrial system design

  7. Fluid flows and heat transfer

  8. Engine and combustion analysis

  9. Visual effects
